You've come to the right place if you'd like to learn a little more about me and what inspires my photography. Because when it comes down to selecting a photographer, it’s crucial that you can build a rapport with that person enough to create something amazing together.

I have over 15 years experience in running my own photography business. I've photographed everything from business promotional photos, to live events and conferences. I've travelled locally and abroad, documenting my experiences while on the road. I've build my own studio, where I get to photograph wonderful people month in and month out. I've built strong relationships with the business community and continue to serve them both as a local business owner and a volunteer.

Here's what else inspires me:

I love my family. Period. Exclamation mark. My family is the reason I became a professional photographer, and why I continue to push myself creatively. We made a huge life change and moved from the GTA to the Westport area in 2017. I wouldn't be where I am today without the support and love from my family.

The kindness and compassion we received from “Westportonians” when we move here was unmatched and I try to remember this in every shoot I do. I’ve been fortunate enough to build lasting relationships with colleagues and business people. The work that we do together is not just a transaction over money; I work hard to strengthen these relationships to ensure they will last.

I love to cook, and I love to enjoy someone else’s good cooking. Some of the best conversations and the best ideas happen over a delicious meal. I’ve had the honour of working with many cooks and chefs and hope to continue those relationships for many years to come.

This is what photography is about.  I want my clients to have beautiful, emotive photographs; ones that are representative of their business product or service, or even hang on their walls as art. This only comes from being comfortable with each other. You have to be as comfortable with me as I am with you. The lens doesn’t lie; finding the right fit between photographer and subject isn’t about the money… it’s imperative for a successful shoot.
